According to <strong>ABC News<\/strong>, the court was informed that all trial dates for the remainder of 2025 are fully booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lehrmann\u2019s team has also raised concerns about the possible destruction of exculpatory material, including a police hard drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>ABC News<\/strong> reports, Burrows argued: <em>\u201cAny destruction of material that may be favourable to the defence is extremely serious and must be addressed before the trial proceeds.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previous proceedings involving Lehrmann have collapsed due to juror misconduct, which has heightened public and media interest in the current case.
